Postpartum care is vitally important and often times it’s overlooked. In the United States, the postpartum care timeline is usually within 6 weeks due to insurance coverages. Moreover, physiologically and medically, it takes a whole year after birth to heal from the physical changes.
Within a few days after labor, I will come to visit you and your new addition. We will discuss your birth, your experience with labor and delivery, and available resources.
