Payment Options

Flow Freely believes that providing options for payment is a tool for economic freedom. We believe that everyone should have access to doula and holistic wellness services. For those who are unable to make the standard payments; I offer different options of payment such as payment plans, in order to maintain and sustain my work while remaining accessible for you and your family!

Payment Plans

For doula services, after the initial deposit of $150, we can work together to make a monthly or bi-monthly payment plan that will fit your budget and lifestyle. Also, I’m open to payment in installments with a written and signed agreement.

Insurance Reimbursement
Although reimbursement is not guaranteed, there is possibility of applying for insurance reimbursement for birth doula services from your insurance company. Aetna and Cigna both allow for doula services in their HSA or FSA and other insurance companies/providers can, too.

Doula services are eligible for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement accounts (HRA) with a letter of medical necessity. They are not eligible for reimbursement with dependent care flexible spending accounts and limited-purpose flexible spending accounts (LPFSA).

Family, Friends, or Colleague Contributions
Put doula support on your registry and ask friends and family to contribute what they can. No amount is too small!

Baby Shower Gifts
Doula services make great shower gifts. Flow free to ask me about gift certificates!

Barter & Trade
I am open to trade or barter for some services. If you have a good or service you are interested in offering, please feel free to inquire!
