Our Postpartum Doula Support packages are designed to provide you with the flexible, personalized care you need during the postpartum period. Whether you require assistance with newborn care, breastfeeding support, emotional guidance, or simply an extra pair of hands, our experienced doulas are here to help. Book a connection consultation to decide what package will be the best option for you and your family.
Connection Consultation
I feel it is beneficial and important to have a connection when seeking doula care. I would love to take some time to hold space for you to discuss what support you’re seeking in a doula. Bring a trusted friend, family member, partner, or whoever you will be a part of your birth journey.
Peace of Mind
Investment: $550 - $800

Aftercare: (approx. 4-6 hours per session)
Up to 3 Postnatal visits with your choice of:
Newborn/Infant care: enjoy a nap, a meal or a hot bath without interruption.
Light Housekeeping: help with tidying up, wash dishes & bottles, load of laundry, meal preparation

New Beginnings
Investment: $150 - $400

What’s Included:
Support, guidance and creation of a postpartum plan (Approx.: 1-2hrs)
Support to find the balance and sovereignty within your postpartum experience.
Encouragement to maintain a grounded and centered space within your postpartum experience.
This session can be done in-person or virtually using video conferencing via Zoom, Google Meets or FaceTime.
Support by the Hour
Investment: $25-75/hr.

(Up to 4hrs per day)
What’s Included:
Hourly Support: Choose the number of hours that best fits your needs. Our doulas are available for a minimum of 4 hours per session.
Newborn Care: Guidance and support with infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing techniques, and sleep routines.
Breastfeeding Support: Assistance with breastfeeding techniques, latch support, and addressing common breastfeeding challenges.
Emotional Support: Compassionate listening and emotional support during this transitional period.
Light Housekeeping: Help with light household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up, allowing you to rest and recover.
Sibling Care: Support with older children to help them adjust to the new baby and ensure they feel included and cared for.
